A Bevy of Break-ups...

After a 15-year marriage and 3 children, Marcia Gay Harden has split from husband Thaddaeus Scheel.  Anyone else tee-hee a little bit after you say her name? I really thought those kids were gonna make it.

Manchild Nick Jonas and Australian singer Delta Goodrem have split after their year-long relationship.  They're young, they can sing, they're gonna be ok everybody. Think he's still wearing his promise ring or did she coax it out of his pants?  I really thought those kids were gonna make it.

The Saturdays' Mollie King has broken up with D&G model David Gandy after a solid 9 months. I really thought these two had it in 'em. Apparently, she didn't want it in her from him any more.  I really thought those kids were gonna make it.

One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush has broken up with the 3rd fella she's dated from the same TV show, co-star Austin Nichols.  Is this show still on? I really thought those kids were gonna make it.

Pin-up looking Playmate Claire Sinclair has broken up with the apparently abusive, son of Hugh, Marston Hefner.  She's being very open about just how violent this kid is. What on earth does this boy have to be slappy about? He's been brought up in the bosom (no pun intended) of luxury and wanton for nothing his entire life. I hope the girls stay far away from this creep.  I'm glad these kids didn't make it.

I smell another hit song! Taylor Swift and British actor Eddie Redmayne will not be maintaining a long distance relationship. They weren't  really in a relationship, but for some reason this is considered break-up news, so I must report.  But seriously, why can't this gal keep a may-un? I really thought those kids were gonna make it.

Teen Mom star Maci Bookout and her boyfriend Kyle King (not baby Daddy) have called it quits after 2 years. Don't look at me like you don't know who Maci and Kyle are people, you know you watch it too!  I really thought those kids were gonna make it.

Glee's Chord Overstreet and girl that is forever to be known as Julia Roberts' niece, Emma Roberts, are kaput. Reports surfaced that she felt as if the fact that he could fit her entire head in his giant mouth was grounds for a split.  I really thought these kids were gonna make it. 

Dad of 8, Jon Gosselin and girlfriend of 2 years Ellen Ross have ended their relationship. I did the math,  he is not a celebrity any more. I really thought those Z-listers were gonna make it.

Harry Styles turned 18 today, you may remember him from talent-challenged boy band One Direction. He split from 32-year old Xtra Factor host, Caroline Flack. Rumour has it, America was going to be shocked and stunned of their over 14-year age difference and it would ruin the image of said boy band.  Personally I think their relationship is all the band ever had going for it and as their name suggests, they're probably going in one direction. I really thought those kids were gonna make it.
