Sucker-punched with Papers...

Uber-talented-2-time-Grammy-Award-winning singer Ben Harper has filed papers to divorce his wife of five years, actress Laura (she-never-really-did-much-for-me-and-I-don't-like-her-Dad-either) Dern.  Irreconcilable differences is his reason and he's asked the judge to deny Dern spousal support. Well DAMN, I thought those kids were gonna make it. Did I mention the boy could sing though?
